As our programs provide instant access to digital content, scripts, and strategic guidance, refunds are only available under the strict conditions outlined below. By purchasing any program, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Terms

  • Refund eligibility starts from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • You must complete 100% of the workshop training content to be eligible.
  • You must follow all steps taught in the workshop and show Proof of Implementation.
  • No refund will be provided if you have already received personal guidance, support, or any "Done-For-You" (DFY) assistance from our team.

2. Definition of “Implementation”
To prevent policy abuse, "Implementation" means:

  • Completing all video sessions/live training.
  • Taking action on the taught steps (e.g., niche selection, setting up service structures).
  • Submitting proof such as screenshots or setup progress to our support team.

Failure to provide valid proof will result in the rejection of the refund request.

3. Specific Conditions for Low-Ticket Workshops (e.g., ₹9/-)
For workshops with a nominal entry fee (like our ₹9/- AI or App workshops), the fee is Non-Refundable due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and the high cost of payment gateway processing relative to the fee.

4. No Guarantee Clause
While we provide the systems and strategies used by Incroyable Web Fixers, results depend on your effort and execution. We do not guarantee specific income, client acquisition, or business success.

5. Refund Request Process

6. Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
